Ioannis Lialiaris , born in Athens (GR) in 1973, is a Geologist. In 1994 he graduated from the faculty of Geology and Geoenvironment of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. He also holds a Master’s Degree obtained by the School of Mineral Resources Engineering of the Technical University of Crete (1996). His main academic interests and specializations are Technical Geology, Hydrogeology – Water Resources Management and Geoenvironment.
